Jennifer is originally from Bronx, NY and has 4 children. Jennifer has worked in the legal field as a paralegal for over 8 years. Of those 8 years she has had in depth dealings with families involved in family court.  She is no stranger to the emotional trauma that all parties can go through. Through her lens, she is able to offer a level of compassion and understanding to families that can benefit from her service while providing a neutral prospective as each situation is unique. She also knows first-hand how much of a need there is for diversity in services for the community and can also welcome Spanish speaking families to help ease the angst of coordinating visits. My name is Ms. Lee. I have 4 children, and, in our home, we believe in forgiveness, understanding, and communicating our feelings and emotions. I'm a caring mother and person. I believe every parent has the right to be involved in their child or children's life as long as they provide a safe space. Children are delicate, vulnerable and impressionable. I will provide supervision in a fair, amenable and judgment free manner. I will communicate openly and not judge nor take sides. I have over 10 years of working within the Family Court system and realize all the challenges that it brings and the emotional toll it takes on a family individually, and as a whole. My role is providing a safe space for the child and parent to have a positive meet and to maximize their time together. It would be my pleasure to be a catalyst in helping a parent and child build a stronger foundation and connection. 

Margie Faulk, The Program Consultant, has established the Supervised Visitation Program within the NYS court programs as was established by a Victim Support Advocacy Program primarily. As the head of the SVP, Margie established court relationships, policies, and procedures for the program to ensure safety, quality observations and reporting based on the court’s expectations. Most of the court referred clients included sexual assault, rape, child abuse, child homicides, severe custodial interference, and domestic violence cases. The Supervised Visitation Network, a global association of qualified professionals that establishes standards of practice, training, and guidance for providers and professionals involved in the supervised visitation industry will be a part of this program’s commitment. Margie Faulk has two HR certifications from HRCI and SHRM. She is also bilingual (Spanish)
